Approximately two weeks after your initial training date, you'll return to our lash shop environment for a focused 2 hour session. This isn't just a follow-up; it's a dedicated opportunity for you to observe our experienced lash artist in action. You'll watch closely as we apply lashes, gaining real-time insights into techniques and client interactions. This highly effective session is designed to address any lingering questions or areas where you might still be struggling. While you'll always have your comprehensive manual to refer back to and can message us for support, the Shadow Day provides an invaluable in-person experience. It's the perfect chance to reinforce concepts, refine your understanding, and receive personalized guidance on specific challenges you've encountered since completing your initial training.
